We work on a proposal basis so that you can have the kind of help you need crafting your vision and making it a reality. We want to meet with you first to determine what your needs are, then come up with a plan to best meet those needs. Each couple's dreams, desires, and requirements are going to be a little bit different - or a lot different! You're not cookie cutter people, so why settle for a cookie cutter solution? We like to start with a no obligation meeting to assess needs and goals, then find out how we can best assist you. After the meeting, we will create three proposals that will meet your needs. After one is agreed on, we issue a contract and get to work.

One thing that doesn't change, no matter what: we only do one event per weekend so that we can do our utmost to provide good service to our clients as event and party planners. You have our undivided attention from Thursday to Sunday (or two days before the event and one day after). We cap the number of events we take on to ensure that we are fresh, clear headed, and able to deliver the kind of service we would want to receive if it was our big event. We thoroughly enjoy the art of throwing incredible parties and we insist on doing the best job we can do.
Once hired on for an event, your lead event planner will not change. Lead planners offer different levels of fees, based on their specialties, your requirements, and their level of seniority. We can do as much or as little as you like, although just about every client wants us at their event to make sure everything is on track and running smoothly. Event planners help spot potential issues before they happen, avoid pitfalls, and make everything run in a way that looks effortless.
