At Platinum Weddings + Events, we offer everything from what's commonly referred to as "day of coordinating" to full service wedding and event planning.

Each couple's wants, dreams and desires are going to be a little bit different - actually, polar opposite different! You're not cookie cutter people, so why settle for a cookie cutter solution? We like to start with a no obligation meeting to assess the scope of the event. This will allow us to determine how we can best assist you in achieving the goals of your event. We can do as much or as little as you like, although just about every client wants us at their event to make sure everything is on track and running smoothly

After the meeting, we will create a couple of proposals that will meet your needs. It is important that you have the help you need in crafting your vision that will bring your event to life. After one is agreed on, we issue a contract and get to work.

One thing that doesn't change, no matter what: we only do one event per weekend so that we can do our utmost to provide good service to our clients as event planners. You have our undivided attention from Thursday to Sunday (or two days before the event and one day after). We are extremely conscious of the number of events we take on to ensure that we are fresh, clear headed, and able to deliver the kind of service we would want to personally receive. We thoroughly enjoy the art of throwing incredible parties and we insist on doing the best job we can do.

Once hired on for an event, your lead event planner will not change (extenuating circumstances excluded). Lead planners offer different levels of fees, based on their specialties, the scope of the event, your requirements, and their level of seniority. Our planners help spot potential issues before they happen, avoid pitfalls, and make everything run in a way that looks effortless.
